- 360-degree customer view: For the first time, the company can know everything about a customer that enables better customer service and targeted marketing. Marketers, hotel staff, and customer service can understand if a customer has an allergy, prefer certain kinds of food or service.
- Improved customer segmentation: Vinpearl’s marketers can choose between a thousand pre-modeled dimensions for their campaigns. For example, they can target Korean females on their second visits and love Vietnamese cuisine for a discount voucher.
Automated customer journey: With our continuous pipeline running, Vinpearl could automate their marketing efforts with nearly one hundred automated journeys running. An example journey is when a customer visits Phu Quoc for the first time, an email will be sent with places to discover.
